St. Francis Returns

Through a tragic neighborhood event our St. Francis was run over by a car. As you all know I am not a catholic, but I really have enjoyed this lawn ornament over the years. Not getting into the small details our saint was repaired by the neighbors who ran over it, which is a good thing. All is good again.

The Xbox Experience

For those of you that have ever wondered what it is like to come to work for a gaming company, this is what I see every morning. So, yeah, it looks the same as any other place...but the feeling is a little different.

South Park Library

I am very glad they completed the library before they decided to repair the bridge. If they had gone ahead with the bridge repair plan, it was a guaranteed no new library. South Park really deserved something cool for a change!

Windmill

Dad recommend I take a picture of this windmill in South Park...before it is removed someday. It’s a good depiction of what South Park was like 60 years ago.

Friend to all...well some animals

Several of the new birds that have been around our house lately aren't the greatest at navigation. This one hit our front window with a huge bang. Jolene nursed it back to health yesterday, it eventually flew away.

It's good to be home! The flight in this afternoon was a blogger's dream; the city from this view was incredible.

Martha

Last day of vacation...need I say more.

Nathan

Nathan was the last friend to visit before we headed to Santa Marthas. This is Nathan with his daughter and beneath that is Eli, their very cute little boy.

JAWS

The Universal Tour was okay, however the company was excellent. Zach, Martha, Jolene and I spent the day touring around the park, we saw dinosaurs, mummies and of course a big shark. Yes, the California sun was a bit much for my eyes;-)

This is what happens when Space Mountain breaks, you get a very special backlot tour and a very unhappy Jolene. But don't worry Disney had the coaster back up in running in no time at all.

Todd

More good friends on our journey through California. Todd is a close high school friend and these are his enjoyable children...goodtimes;-)

Ed

The first leg of our trip is coming to a close, we visited Ed in Cupertino. We went to Ed's favorite Korean BBQ and then we visited the Whinchester Mystery House. The Mystery House was not so mysterious...oh well.
